The Three Best Soaps and Facials for Sensitive Skin
Back before I had to take all showers with a screaming baby at my feet, trying to turn my water up to scalding, I used facial masks and, wait for it, relaxed. So while masks are now poked at by tiny fingers and the dog tries to eat the bottles of soap it is still important to take even 30 seconds to care for our skin.
The Three Best Home Facials:
A great facial for every couple of weeks that will leave your face feeling incredibly clean and fresh. I find a lot of the clays you can buy in stores to be way too harsh for sensitive skin. Often the harsher clays will leave my skin red but this soft clay works great. You can also add the clay into your bath water and use it as a soak to soften your body all over.
This is my favorite at home facial because it leaves your skin feeling very clean but has never caused me to break out. The mud doesn’t dry my skin out and actually when I wash the mud off (after letting it dry) my sky feels much silkier than before.

Origins Clear Improvement Charcoal Mask
A really nice cleaning and tightening facial for every month or couple of months. A very deep clean, it really gets the dirt out of your pores, but be warned it can make you break out after the first use because of its deep cleaning abilities.
Where to get it; orgins.com or origins stores in your mall.
An excellent little mask. It makes a good facial that you can use up to two times a week. Keeps your pores in nice condition and is a good maintenance facial.

Three Great Soaps
For soap I travel with a cut piece of the Vanicream soap in a sandwich baggy, that way I always have the right soap. The very last time I used hotel soap was by accident. I grabbed it without looking. Not realizing until it was on my skin that it was the hotel's soap. My skin burned for hours, swelled up and turned red for the whole day. So I know firsthand how import finding the right beauty products can be.
Tom's sensitive skin bar soap is an easy and soft soft, thought sometimes I feel it does not take the sunblock off as well as other soaps.
Burt's Bees makes a whole line of bottled liquid soaps that I find work well in cleaning my skin without making it red or leaving residue.
