The heart is time bound, the soul immortal. What we feel now will change and grow and shift along the lines of our lives just as our souls will move and grow forever. How do we grow further along our soul's path without loosing the living-within the moment essence of our hearts?
First lets recognize the steps we can take to grow along the path of our soul's journey.
We can start with beginning a mantra each day of good intention. That is not to say that intention alone will bring forth the right path but it will focus your thoughts towards what you need.
What do you want to see fist thing in the morning when you wake? Visualize your happiest sight, right before you as your eyes open, morning light streaming in as you blink. What do you see? How does it make you feel?
Embrace this feeling and let it focus you on your path. You may not know the destination but you can know how it feels to be going along in the right direction.
To fully grasp the direction of your soul it is helpful to visualize the points along the path. The end point may be ever refocusing but the breadcrumbs along the journey’s trail can be set out and enjoyed. Define four steps you can take over the next five months to get closer to that image of each breadcrumb, to that feeling of being directionally balanced.
What are the four steps or exercises you need for internal mind shaping? Are there external needs for change to shape your life path?
Growing along the soul path while not forcing the feelings of strong emotions to blind us to what true happiness is for us. Allowing our hearts to lead the way without that heart taking control and pushing us in directions without meaning. These are valuable and often hard to learn lessons.
