Natural Asthma Help
Generally the moist heat of a steam is preferable to that of a dry sauna. The steam will help open your airways (which is great for that thing called breathing) and eliminate toxins through sweat. Try adding in Lavender or a small amount of Eucalyptus to help calm or open up your sinuses.
Strengthening your lungs through natural breathing routines can be very beneficial to reducing yearly asthma incidents. Making sure your lungs are strong from routine exercise is a great way to reduce stress induced asthma; though a caution is to know if your asthma is exercise induced to keep from danger. Longer but slower walks and ball-yoga classes are really wonderful ways to strengthen your breathing without getting the hacks (you should hear me in Pilates, TB never sounded so fine).
