Mind healing time
Nothing in this life will ever matter more than following your bliss to a joy filled life. But that does not mean we will never experience pain or fear or anxiety. Instead it means we allow ourselves to feel the bad with the good, embrace it for the unique lessons God gives us in these moments and then release them back into the wild depths of the universe. Hold on to nothing too tightly, good or bad, let go of all we feel the need to grasp to and be simply joy-filled.
The healthy mind:
When the car cuts you off or the kids are being loud (more than usual) remember how short this little trip is and teach yourself to release that feeling, we are all powerless and in total control and it is this dichotomy that makes for a beautiful god given world of wonder.
