Bob's Well Bread
Bobs Well Bread is a cute small spot in Los Alamos, a half hour inland from Gaviota. The bread is rich and softly chewy but the service has yet to get off the ground. There's a bit of an LA gone country vibe which somehow misses the soft spoken laid back-ness of the Santa Ynez valley.
Watch out for hair in bread, one of my loaves had it baked in. While prices are very high for simple fair the food is good and the bread has a quality crust to it.
Overall I would say skip this spot until prices get brought back down and service is straightened out.
